User Data Deletion Instructions – WatiAutomation

At WatiAutomation, we respect user privacy and provide users the ability to request deletion of their personal data collected through our WhatsApp automation platform.
1. What Data We May Store
When businesses use WatiAutomation, the system may process or store limited data such as:
WhatsApp phone numbers used for communication
Message conversation logs
Contact names or identifiers provided by the business using the platform
Automation interaction data necessary to operate messaging workflows
This data is used only to deliver WhatsApp automation services for our clients.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
If a user wants their data removed from our system, they can request deletion by:
Email Request
Send an email to:
dotscubes@gmail.com
Include the following details:
Your WhatsApp phone number
The business name you interacted with
A request stating you want your data deleted
3. Processing Time
Once the request is received and verified, we will delete the requested data within 7 business days.
4. Scope of Deletion
Upon successful verification:
Personal identifiers related to the WhatsApp number will be removed from our system.
Conversation records associated with the user will be deleted where technically possible.
